We set up your inbox, calendars and knowledge base with you. If your dashboard isn't live within 14 days of you giving us access, we refund the full setup fee. Same if, once it's live, you're not spending less time on messages and bookings. Either way, you keep the knowledge base.

And nothing goes out without you: every reply waits for your approval until you choose otherwise.

Questions owners ask

What if it tells a guest something wrong?

At the start it sends nothing on its own. Every reply is a draft you approve. Only after about 50 approvals, and only if you switch it on, does it send routine replies by itself.

I'm not technical. Will I manage?

If you can reply on Messenger, you can use Sentro HQ. We set everything up and walk you through the one step you do yourself: connecting your Facebook page.

What if a payment is late?

After 7 days unpaid, service pauses until it's settled, the way your internet provider would. Pay and it's back the same day, with nothing lost.

Do I need a website?

No. If you don't have one, a one-page website with a booking form is included with your setup.
